Meditation / Stress Relief

Neuroscience shows that listening to music has the same effect as meditation.

Music is the mediator between the life of the senses and the life of the spirit

– Ludwig van Beethoven

Given the fast paced environment that we work in, it is likely that some of us can be stressed. Please find a list of tracks I believe will aid with stress relief. It is recommended that if you are wearing a headset, to turn the volume to around 25-35. Whilst listening, if you can, please close your eyes and be in a relaxing position. Dimming the lights or turning them off can also assist.
